What file formats do you deliver?
WSR delivers standard Revit Family (.rfa) files, compatible with Revit 2022 and later. Let us know if you need a specific version.
What do I need to submit?
A cut sheet or dimensioned drawing (PDF works great), along with width, depth, and height. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the model. Your WSR advisor reviews every submission.
What's the difference between standard and rush?
Standard families are delivered in 2–3 business days for $150. Rush orders are prioritized in our queue and typically delivered within 1 business day for $225 (1.5× the standard rate).
How many revisions are included?
Unlimited revisions. If something isn't right, WSR fixes it — no extra charge.
When do I pay?
Payment is due upon delivery of the completed .rfa file. We'll notify you by email when it's ready to download from your portal.
What is RevitForge?
